I am currently the Supervising Producer for On-Air promotions, Ad Sales creative and Social and Digital promotion. 


What does this mean, though, really?

This means I develop successful series launch campaigns to introduce (or reintroduce) our shows to the world.  I also partner with the Ad Sales team to create co-branded pieces and develop franchise opportunities for our sponsors.  Most importantly, I helped rebrand Oxygen intro a True Crime destination, and we are the fastest growing cable entertainment network three years running.  Which we celebrated with lots of champagne.

I was a Senior Writer Producer/Lead Creative on the Special Features team which created long and short form promotional pieces that ranged from editorial to experimental. 


What does this mean, though, really?


I would travel to the set of our shows and interview our actors, writers, and producers to create engaging pieces that would drive interest in our shows beyond the trailers.  We wanted to tell stories and give our audience a glimpse of what was behind the curtain.  And yes, I do have some great stories.





I started my career at Showtime working as a production assistant and worked my way up to managing the motion graphic design studio, but I wanted to leave the nest and expand my horizons so I joined Sanborn Media when it was just a wee young production company.  Working at a start-up was invigorating and exciting, but my true passion is food, so when a Food Network opportunity arose, I jumped on it.  Shortly after, Showtime recruited me back into the family, and I worked on the Special Features team for six years before joining the NBC Universal team.



In the creative world, there is always time for freelance work.  Under the umbrella of my own boutique production company, Digital Seamstress, I Executive Produced Ketel One’s Gentleman Series which was comprised of 5 gentleman across the country doing entrepreneurial work with a purpose.  I also produced Patron’s Secret Supper Club video, as well as Herradura Tequila’s “Battle Royale”.  I loved every minute of it.
